Dr. Md. Abdur Razzak, Associate Professor of the Electrical and Electronic Engineering department at Independent University, Bangladesh delivered a keynote speech on Multiple Description Image Transmission at the Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation, Technology Park, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on April 28, 2015. Currently Dr. Razzak is working as a Visiting Professor at the Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology (MJIIT) at the University Technology Malaysia (UTM), Kuala Lumpur Campus, Malaysia.
